Sunnyvale Home Remodeling Construction Company was started back in 1987 by Jake Maniscalco. After working as a journeyman carpenter for 15 year he decided to work for himself. Growing up in Sunnyvale, Jake had a great love of this town. He wanted to name his new company after the place he called home.
Unlike other home renovation contractors, we only work one job at a time. We wil be on the job each and every day. You can count on us to lock up and always keep the job site clean.
